Terms of Sale

Apex Ops is a brand of Ramar Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Apex Ops", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you buy The Freelance Ops Kit (the "Kit") from apexopskit.com. By buying the Kit, you agree to them.

1. The product

The Kit is a set of downloadable templates and educational material: contract templates, spreadsheets, a playbook and a worked example, in five country editions. It is delivered as a single ZIP file after payment.

2. Not legal, tax or financial advice

Apex Ops is not a law firm, accounting firm or financial adviser. The Kit is provided for general information only and does not create a lawyer-client or any other professional relationship. The templates are not tailored to your situation, and laws change. You are responsible for deciding whether a document is suitable for your business and for having it reviewed by a qualified professional where appropriate. The Northlight Studio example uses fictional businesses and people.

3. Your license

When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Kit for your own business:

• Freelancer License: one person, for their own freelance business.
• Agency License: one business, used by up to 10 people, including its employees and regular subcontractors.

You may edit the files, add your own branding and send the finished documents to your own clients as often as you like. You may not resell, share, sublicense, give away or publish the Kit or its files (edited or not) as templates, include them in another product or course, or let people outside your license use them.

4. Ownership

We keep all rights in the Kit. The documents you complete and send to your clients are yours to use with those clients.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Payhip, using Stripe or PayPal. VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

6. Delivery and updates

You receive a download link on screen and by email right after payment. Updates within version 1 of the Kit are free, and we email you when one is released.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

The Kit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or any loss arising from your use of the templates, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
